Cougar Investment Forecaster can operate stand alone, be distributed across networks, and be integrated with your property management system, and Microsoft Office.

It can import your rent roll, expense budgets, rent adjustments and retail sales, directly from your property management system, with no manual re-keying of data. You then simply need to input your forecasting assumptions (inflation, growth rates etc) to run the system.
