TWINS Transaction Server
TWINS, an integrated insurance broking system, is the culmination of over 16 years experience in developing broking solutions for the London Insurance Market.
TWINS has been designed specifically to create an innovative and extremely flexible application offering a truly integrated system to cater for the current and future needs of the London Market insurance and reinsurance broker.
TWINS is available in modules to automate the complete broking business cycle from initial enquiry and quotation through to settlement and accounting. The modules include risk details, premium and treaty processing, claims and IBA accounting. All modules are fully integrated around the core database to eliminate duplication of input and to enhance workflow control. TWINS is also designed to offer full compliance to London Market data standards and electronic data interchange (EDI) interfaces provided by the London Insurance Market Network (LIMNET). In addition the TWINS e-Broking module offers facilities for slip production and placing tracking.

TWINS e-Broking
TWINS e-Broking is a browser based application which supports the broking function for subscription market (I.e. slip based) insurance and reinsurance.
This is a marketplace that is actively searching for ways to add value and cut costs by using the internet. The technologies used to develop TWINS e-Broking ideally positions it to take advantage of these initiatives.
The application provides the ability to create templates for slip documents which can then be stored classified by type of business. As a risk is created the system can then automatically provide a Slip Document relevant to the type of business - complete with embedded data links.

TWINS Edifice
Our in-house electronic message management software that transports and monitors all EDI traffic between TWINS and LIMNET. This product is fully integrated with TWINS allowing real-time interactions.

TWINS Arcade
A SQL compliant management information environment that gives the Broker access over that most important commodity, their data.

TWINS Reporting Desktop
Providing GUI based manipulation of financial and tracking information straight to the user’s desktop, this suite of programs allows direct analysis of TWINS data as well as export to spreadsheets.
Examples of these reports include the Brokerage GUI, Slip Tracking and Claims Financial Management.
