	Professional services - including training, pre & post sales technical consultancy and support
	'Packaged' offerings - including pilot, development and production software solutions

The Trace Partner Program is divided into three categories:

OEM Partners
OEM Partners are software and hardware vendors that include Trace's products within their applications and services, and sell the combined product to their customers.
Examples: Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Hardware Vendors

Technology Partners
Technology Partners develop software applications that interface with Trace's products and enhance and extend the capabilities for joint customers.
Example: ISVs and Infrastructure/Utility Providers

Solutions Partners
Solution Partners deliver comprehensive solutions to customers, by combining business and technical consulting services, training, custom code, and implementations of packaged software products.
Examples: System Integrators, Consultants, VARs
