Enterprise
Messaging
The ongoing effort to develop and promote standards in the domain
of financial messaging creates new opportunities for business efficiency
through automation... but there's a downside of course: on top of
any bespoke and proprietary standards in use, a financial organisation
now has to process ISO 7775, ISO 15022, ISO 20022, FIX, FIXML, FpML,
RIXML, MDDL, Omgeo and many others. Trace Financial's range of message
mediation products tackle these complexities head-on
and quickly deliver real business benefits.

Euroclear Single Platform
Over the next few years, Euroclear SA/NV will migrate
both its own operation and those of the four Central Securities
Depositories in the Euroclear group - including CREST in the UK
- onto a single central system, the Euroclear Single Platform (ESP).
If you are a UK stockbroker, custodian, settlement bank or other
CREST participant, and have been following the Euroclear publications
to date, you'll know that this will bring plenty of challenges for
your back office and its systems. Just for starters, ESP will require
its participants to communicate using a mixture of enhanced ISO
15022 and completely new ISO 20022 (XML) messages.
 |
Trafic-ESP
is Trace Financial's
intelligent interface to the Euroclear Single Platform, for
UK CREST members and settlement banks. Leveraging the strengths
of Trace Financial's messaging middleware product range, Trafic-ESP
can operate as a 'shell' around your legacy CREST interface,
transferring the operation to new technology step-by-step
while avoiding the risks of a complex migration.

Corporate Actions Workflow
Corporate Actions processing has become the focus of attention
for many fund managers, custodians, and other financial organisations
who still rely on largely manual procedures. That spells high cost,
and operational risk. Of course apart from the simplest events,
such as cash dividends, some manual intervention
will always be needed. So total automation isn't the answer. But
why does it seems so hard to improve on today?
 |
CAMS
is
a complete, configurable solution for the management of corporate
actions. CAMS ensures that decision makers are presented with
all the facts they need at just the right time. Together with
its comprehensive alert and escalation facilities, this
ensures that events are responded to in an efficient and timely
manner, whatever the source of the event data.
