Calvis Extends Partner Network With Trace Solutions Agreement

LONDON, 9 March 2005: By signing an agreement with Trace Solutions, Calvis continues to strengthen its position as one of the leading system integrators in the sector today. As part of the alliance, Calvis and Trace consultants have created links between Trace Solutions' Property Systems - Blue Box for property investors, Tramps for managing agents, o6ix for occupiers - and Hummingbird's Document Management, allowing the familiar property and lease structures to be mirrored from one application to the other.

In essence, the collaboration provides clients with a seamless transfer from one tool to another, eliminating time consuming switching of applications and ensuring real time updating of information. By harnessing the powerful search functionality of document management to the intuitive menu structure of property management, both the structured and unstructured information about each property, unit or lease becomes immediately available from both applications. Ultimately, organisations can now benefit from improved workflow and a higher degree of automaton.
