Trace Isys develops, supports and maintains various reinsurance
and wholesale insurance broking products. It offers high end, high
functionality software solutions and implementation, training and
consultancy services.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Taking and resolving calls from our client base who are all
Insurance/Reinsurance brokers.
- The help desk work on a shift system between 8.00am and 6.00pm,
therefore this position would suit somebody who doesnt have
too far to travel.
Experience :
- 5 + years experience working for a broking house in the London
Insurance Market

- Ability to prioritise and take responsibility for own workload
